this person calls my sister non stop. when ever she answers the phone, the person hangs up. i have tried calling this exact number before, but it just says that the number is out of service.

I frequently get calls from this number trying to offer me the pppertunity to earn money at home. I finally spoke to a representative and said I was not interested said thank you and hung up so the person repeatedly called me back on mute just to annoy me.
