So JUST rented a house from this Tej Danjou and he offered to pay for 4 hours of cleaning so I pay out of my pocket and so far 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my $300 bucks. **sigh** I wish I would have found this site before I rented the house :( . This is not the only thing going on either - I could go on...
The manager at Sutton says he cannot do anything as Tej only rents an office there. Its a shame that Proact is giving a bad name to Sutton.

The feedback online on this broker is very negative,don`t know what exactly is going on with this guy but from all the posts i read looks like the guy doesn`t take care about his own tenants and is unreachable most of the time,i would stay away from people like T J/TED DANJOU from SUTTON GROUP PROACT REALTY
