Called my cell phone. Recorded call said they needed to discuss my credit card, but did not say which credit card. Said they could give me 6.9 percent interest and I should press 1 to proceed. I hung up. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and I reported it through the FTC.

I didn't take the call because I didn't recognize the number. The caller did not leave message. A couple hours ago, I set my phone to block my number and then called back. I received a recorded message saying the number had been disconnected.
