After answering the standard company greeting, was asked by Caller named "SARAH" for the Accounts Payable Dept or Manager who handles past due accounts.
I stated I am the office manager and I would be glad to assist. I asked her name, she stated Sarah and said was calling about our VERIZON Phone Bill.
When I stated our Verizon phone bill was not past due and I asked if SHE WAS CALLING FROM VERIZON -- she Hung Up on me quickly.
