This entity, is calimign they are "Office Kevin williams" with the department of Federal Justice - a fake, non existant branch of government... is sending me repeated electronic messages with non personal or descriptive information stating that legal action willi be taking place against me if I do not call and contact attorney general's office. . Threatening to serve and take adversive action against me. falsely accusing me of a crime or wrong doing. This is a collection agency breaking the law and violating the DNC.

Got a call today that showed up on my caller id as 911 and they left an automated message saying they were Joseph Fuentez with the US Attorney General's office and that I have federal charges pending against me for financial loss and that if I did not call back within 2 hours a warrant for my arrest would be issued and I would be taken into custody. They said that I needed to call back immediately to take care of this issue. When I called back they said that the call was in regards to an Advance America cash advance loan and that I needed to pay $1000 immediately or I would be arrested. The man that answered barely spoke English and did not even recognize the name Joseph Fuentez which was in my voicemail. I told him it was impossible for Advance America to have any financial loss charges against me because I have not had any cash advances at all in the last 12 years and demanded to speak with Joseph Fuentez. He told me to hold and then hung up on me. When I called back he said that they had reached me by wrong number and to disregard the message. Then at 10:00pm I got another call that was from an unknown number leaving the same message. I am calling my local sheriff's department tomorrow to take out harassment charges and filing against them for violating the do not call on my phone as well.
