A man with the number 610-680-8029 repeatedly calls me on a daily basis. Already specifically told him that he has dialed the wrong number and to stop calling me. I have resorted to ignoring his calls but he continues to abuse my phone number. The man sounds old and possibly has a speech impediment as I can never understand a word he says. He might also have mental issues as he refuses to accept the fact that he needs to stop calling me.
