It's the sales dept of Franklin Mint. They are bothering me too, but I have been able to talk to the rep. Req'd no more calls, still get them. Try to call the number right back and it's not in service.... how is that possible!!

I get a call twice a day from this number. I'm in school, so I try and call back people on break. When I call it back, it says this number is not in service. I get hang ups on my home phone, too, with no caller ID, but I bet it's this number. What can I do?

I'm a customer. . . have said I no longer wish to receive calls like this, but still get them a few times a week. My cell # is on the "do not call" list, but repeated calls from a business where one has a customer relationship evidently don't qualify as harassment under the law.
