Also sounds a lot like some junior hockey news that was to be distributed in arenas. We're a hockey family and no other families, coaches or arena staff had ever seen/heard of that supposed magazine.

Asked for the owner or general manager of the business. Wanted $300 for an ad in 30000 copies of "Ottawa Police News Magazine" to be distributed in police stations and schools.

Since the 175 (the NXX) in this phone number 613-175-4115 not a valid exchange (anything under 200 is fake), these must be scammers. Legit companies would use a valid number of their own on the call display!
