This person called and left a message on my
answering machine message to call him back..

strange Arabic sounds in the background, etc.

I am in process of contacted CRA to investigate
this person's number and activity.

HE will be charged

This guy called me again and threatened to have me arrested and put in jail for 20 years tomorrow if I diden't make a cash payment today for 1000$ at a given account number. Will not send me info by mail, says he sent it 3 times already but I've never received anything. Refused to send it by registerd mail.

Very difficult to understand accent.

Left a mesage mentioning some kind of lawsuit by Revenu Canda.

Gave a phone number to call back and said if we didn't call back something would happen. I couldn't understand due to the strong accent.

Very thick difficult to understand accent, seemed to be calling from a call centre of some kind. They ended up leaving a message on our machine.

Seemed to mention some kind of lawsuit against "Mr [surname as listed in the phone book]"
