Opened a prepaid account with T-Mobile three months ago, and within a few weeks began receiving calls from various debt collectors, obviously calling for the previous owner of the phone number. This caller (614-753-4798, Zeller & Associates, LLC; see http://zellerassociates.com) has been particularly obnoxious, calling quite frequently, and I have resorted to installing an app called Mr. Number on my phone, to block all of their calls. I also plan to file reports with the FTC and my attorney general's office against the company for their harassment. Lord help the poor people they're actually trying to "reach". I guess Zeller & Associates, LLC (address: 210 John Glenn Dr. Suite #3, Amherst, NY 14228; owner: John Marler, 734-564-7663), used to operate their debt collection business as Turning Point Resolutions, but decided to change the name due to their reputation with organizations such as the Better Business Bureau.
