They called my cell and didn't leave a message. I called back. It's Charter Communications. They are my cable company and I recently downgraded my service to Internet and phone only.
At first, I assumed they were calling to upsell me and get me to resubscribe to cable TV;however if it was a targeted call, they would have called the number they have on file and not my cell. I'm guessing it was a random telemarketing call.
