Once again, when the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
This perpetrator has been placing unwanted calls, on and off again, since at least January 2016. The website www.whitepages.com describes this number as "scam or fraud." I'm soooooo surprised!!!!!

The perpetrator has placed unwanted calls since January 2016, but stopped after April 2016 for two years. Could the perp have been behind bars, has just been released, and is now picking up where he left off? Inquiring minds want to know.

The caller id'd himself as the above person and company and was soliciting home repair projects for a 30% discount.and instantly began asking about projects that I might have. Once I asked him for his state contractors license number, he said he did not have that, but wait, he said, my manager just walked by, I'll ask him. He place me on a brief hold and somehow, I was disconnected from the call. He never returned the call.
