I was called on May 9 by a Michele Moore from Rapid Recovery saying that my daughter got an online loan almost 31/2 years ago promised to pay and didn't if she didn't pay by 5 on that day a warrant for her arrest time had exhausted I negotiated less than was owed but when a supervisor talk to me afterward threatening me that I had until 5 pressuring me I got suspicious.he wanted me to pay with a credit card or a check I said no. I don't give my credit card number over the phone. I didn't know who they are and I needed to verify first who they are with my daughter. This individual had my personal cell phone number and my daughter personal information so I almost got taken for monies she didn't owe.

I missed a call from(630) 701-7763 so I returned it. Some guy supposedly an investigator, chief investigator Moore starts ranting at me about filing criminal felony charges against me for a payday loan. I informed him that I am knowledgeable of the law and a loan is just that a loan. Loans are settled through civil procedure not criminal. He started screaming and got so upset. I told him he could take me to civil court if he wants but I'm not dealing with anyone as unprofessional as he was.
