Less than one hour after getting technical support from Norton, this scammer calls offering further needed services on my computer. This is nothing but a scam, especially since this caller blocked their name from showing up on the caller ID. Don't consent to anything and never give them access to your computer. They will only make things worse and then charge you money for repairs to the new problems they create. Hang up on them.
