I called the number back and she was quite helpful. She stated their gourmet food company had obtained phone list from ediets.com. I said I was on the do not call list. She apologized and said if the number is new in the last five years, they were likely calling the previous owner (of the phone #). She was very polite and cooperative.

Received a call from this food delivery company at 06:25 on 11/23/15. Called them back for an explanation and was told she accidentally pressed redial. I told her my number should not have been on the call list in the first place because it is on the Do Not Call list. She said she would "Make a note of that."
