Pretends to be a friend, calls your first name several times, raising his voice each time. Non-english speaking accent. Scammer! Cant block it previously as caller id identifies the # as a cellphone - probably a prepaid, throw away number

I got the standard call from "Internet Security" It's a scam where they claim your computer is infected and offer to help. If you take their bait and install their tool, they will encrypt all your files and demand a ransom to decrypt. Make backups of your important stuff :-)
