A man with a very heavy Indian accent called my wife's cell phone stating his name was James Smith and that we needed to pay him or else I would be going to jail. My wife knew it was a scam, as we do not owe anyone money and said no. Threatened with jail and taking our kids away. Must be stopped!! We have contacted the local police, the IC3 and the Attorney General for our state. He called from 975-100-6963 (If you try to call it back it is a non-working number), yet told to call back 646-626-6118.

A person called said he was Kevin Jones from llc lawyers office said I owed them money and when I asked them who did I owe he told me don;t worry you just need to apy your balance of 1096.00 today or I feel sorry for you, We will send the police to arrest you at work I have gotten these calls before from different phone numbers and have reported them to my local FBI office
