Indian accent. Claims to be the US Treasury dept. I told him that I know this scam and please leave me alone. I told him that it's shameful to do this, it's just wrong. He says to me, what am I going to do? They use phone books, they will know your name and address, and phone number. But that's all. They don't have any other info on you. Don't give it to them. Just because they have your name, address and phone number, doesn't mean they are real. They don't have any other pertinent information. DONT GIVE IT TO THEM. The real government will have your info. Good luck, be vigilant, and try to forgive others for their stupidity.

Claims to be from the U.S. Treasury and calls from two spoofed numbers. One number shows up as a California number and the other from New York. In reality, they are most likely calling from India or Pakistan based on the heavy accent. Do not return the call unless you wish to be verbally abused with poor English grammar. Report these calls to the Treasury Inspector General.
