This has been going on for approximately 8 years, I have told them not to call my home phone or my cell phone but they persist in calling, I have not used Microsoft Technical Support, the person sounds like somebody from India.

They will not stop calling. They sound like they are from India.I have asked them in a nice way to stop calling. This time I was rude and they had the nerve to tell me to get lost. Now mind you they called me.
