All the markings of a 100% SPAM/SCAM. Unknown # from across the country from us, where we know no one. CID said "BROADBAND CONSU" [sic] No msg left. Several complaints online from others citing similar stories; calls started up just today, 3/23/16. Just unknown WHAT scam they are trying to pull off.
