Got a message left on my cell phone stating I or my lawyer needed to call them back to make sure they had the right address to send some legal documents that I needed about a case being brought against me. I have had these same types of calls for almost 2 1/1 years now. None are reall and all are because I made the mistake of taking out an online payday loan a very long time ago. Do not believe these people. Do report them to the police or Attorney General.

Caller stated he was looking for an ex employee involved with a fraud case. When asked for more detailed info he became irate and threatened me.

I got a message left on my cell stating I needed to call this number or have my attorney call. I called the number and a man speaking in an indain voice said his name was Kevin Peterson and that I owed a payday loan from Cash Advance that the balance was $845.35 for a 200-300 dollar loan and if I did not pay half of it today it would be turned over to the courts and the police would come to my job and arrest me. I got scared at first because I had had payday loans before. I flew to the bank and nowhere in my statements was Cash Advance. I called the number back and asked "what law firm was this" the indian voice said " Anderson Law Ass.", he refused to give me an address and hung up. I called the police after I found this website with all the comments. Thank you for the info. If you get calls like this please comment, it helps people.
