An automated call about lowering my credit card interest rate! I select #1 to speak with a representative and get some dude with a foreign accent that can hardly speak English! I ask him to take my number off their list (second call from them in a month) and he starts with the foul language....."F&^K You!" Wow....he must have been having a bad day, but when losers work for companies like this, what do you expect!

***BEWARE*** Automated call about lowering my credit card interest rate, but I don't have ANY credit cards. I selected "1" to speak with a representative and asked the man with a foreign accent why I was receiving a call about my credit card when I don't have any and he mumbled an apology of some sort and hung up on me. I called the number back and got an automated message saying to press "1" if I'd like to be placed on the company's Do Not Call List. I waited to see if it would connect me to a person but it just repeated the message again so I pressed "1" hoping I won't get a call again.
