i received a call on 5/1/12 from Kenneth White & Associates (678.607.2699) claiming to be a law office saying there was a case out against me for check fraud from a payday loan company ive never heard of, and they wanted me to pay them $705.00 to settle the matter. they had my name and the last four of my social. when i advised the woman that i wanted to see the orginal forms i signed and i would not just pay them without proof of my debt, she transfered me to the company lawyer, how claim he would have me arrested either at my job or home, would be filing papers with the da in my area. again when i asked for proof that this was my debt, he began to scream at me telling me he was filing the papers and would see me in jail.
