Attorney "Jack" has been calling my wife and I threatening to take us to court over a $300 cash advance loan that I apparently did through the internet. I have done cash advances before, but never online knowing there are scammers out there. After I paid off all of my loans and moved to a different town, this person started calling us and tried to get personal information about me through my wife, she had him read to her the supposed affidavit he had in front of her that he was mailing to "the courts" to have papers served to me, then she told him she could not give him any information then hung up. We have not gotten a call from him for almost a year until today, and if I did owe a company money and they were taking me to court for it, they would have already served me papers rather than wait a year to try to get information out of my wife and I. Mind you, this person sounds like he is a telemarketer with an Indian(ish) accent. He will not give out his last name or the supposed law firm he is with.
