701-625-5007 called telling me if I don't talk to them about modifing my home loan the bank will forclose on my home and I will be loosing my home. None of that is true I have very good credit ratings and pay all of my bills on time and I don't deal with banks for my mortgages. This so called Loan Mod Dept are nothing but a bunch of low life, scum sucking, bottom of the barrel Mother Fu#@#$%^&*%^&*(^%$$#%& toe sucking scam artists. If anyone ever does bussiness with them I feel sorry for you.
Again I reported them to the FTC, but I don't expect anything to happen.

I let the answering machine pick up. It was a computerized recording offering some kind of report and referencing some civil code that supposedly gives them the right to war dial. I guess having your name on the "Do Not Call" list is worthless. Even if the war dialers couldn't find a loophole, the list was either never enforced or never enforcible to begin with. The only solution seems to be call blocking.
