The calls that you receive from this telephone number could have come from a pay phone located anywhere in the United States. That's right, you might get a call from a pay phone located anywhere in the United States and it would show this very number which is supposedly located in Las Vegas, NV!!! The reason for this is because Pacific Telemanagement Services (PTS) has bought almost all of the pay phones in the United States. They have also programmed ALL of their pay phones to "spoof" the caller ID information to show the (702) 992-9550 Las Vegas number. Why, you may ask? That's an excellent question. Has anyone accepted a collect call from this number from someone who is from your own city (other than Las Vegas or Henderson, NV) and been billed for a call from Las Vegas?
