I've been getting calls from this number 703-372-0790 for months. When I first pick up there is silence until I say hello, then I am transferred to someone who speaks poor english. They immediately start asking you questions about how many miles are on your car and don't want to let you ask any questions. In the past if I ask this person the company name or tell them to stop calling they hang up immediately. Finally after months of this I decided to play along. If you sound interested to the first caller, they then ask you to hold and transfer you to a sales person who again does not want to say the name of the company. I spoke with a Brian Mitchell who kept saying he was with the Vehicle Processing Center and referred to mailers they had sent. I asked for a website and he wouldn't give one. I kept asking for a company name and he finally said Certified Intake Center. I told him to tell me more about the warranty coverage they offered and set the phone down until he hung up.

was not speaking English clearly, had a heavy Indian accent; I told her I would appreciate it if she would put on someone that spoke English clearly. The @#$% on the other end told me she would appreciate it if I was dead!

Just received a call from this number to do a "warranty review" on my car. But I no longer own that car, as of very recently. He wouldn't tell me where he was calling from or the company. He hung up. I am sure it is connected to the "your warranty is expired" letters I've been getting. Complete scam.

Received these 2 calls on different days. 7/15 from 616-200-5771 & on 7/16 from 703-372-0790 both from the same caller ID. No one wants to talk & you call back the same number and they state that they are open M-T 7-4 PM west coast time. No0 one ever answers the call back and I have called several times. This has to stop. I am on the do not call list and I have to put up with BS like this. What good does this law do>
