This comes from very annoying and rude telemarketers for Everest College - www.everest.edu.
We never requested anything from them.
Apparently they buy names from some companies like K-Mart if someone applies for a job at K-Mart.
If you tell them you are not interested they say nothing but immediately hang up.
You will again get another call from another telemarketer with the same rudeness.

i just got cell phone number changed 9/22/2011 and have never given number out. i got 12 calls 1st day (more than i got in 4 months with old number - but 2 calls twice a day every day. i had to make a silent ring tone and turn off vibrate). im going to have to get a another number AGAIN (and all are previously used). 3 calls were eleven digit numbers (foriegn ?) and no one has left a message yet.
