Indian-accented English-speaking male, threatening statements that you or your attorney better call them back or you will be arrested for tax evasion and fraud. and GOOD LUCK with that if you don't call them back. Says mailed letters have been returned. MY LAWYER SAYS it is fraud and should be reported to the FCC and the IRS, which I am going to do right now.
