We get calls from this number a few times a week. It's an air duct cleaning service. At first there is an automated message telling you that there are specials in your area for air duct cleaning. Then they have you press 1 to talk to a customer service rep or 2 to be removed from the call list. I have chosen 2 at least 10 times and I've never been removed from their list. Once we clicked 1 and asked for a manager and the rep who answered said, "of course, let me introduce to you Mr. Click" and hung up on us. The second time I asked for a manager when they called I was told he was a manager. So I asked to speak with his manager and he hung up on me. The third time we set up and appointment and sent them to an empty office building across town. When they called to ask where we were we told them that if they were going to continue to waste our time calling our business we would waste their time. Believe it or not they called again today.

I receive calls from this company CONSTANTLY! I have told them time and again that I live in an apartment yet, they still call! This time I said, I'm tired of your calling repeatedly all hours of the day when I've told you I live in an apartment. Well, instead of being professional, she hung up on me like the little unprofessional brat she is.
