Received a voice message from this number when I missed their call, in the voice message the person asked to receive a phone call so they could inquire about about having possible service by our company. I notified our salesman and passed on the potential customers information. After the salesman reached this potential customer it was determined that this customer was in fact trying to contact us to sell us a product. In the message this potential customer left they were very specific and asked about a service that our company provides where it is typical for further information to be needed therefore this raised no red flags for me. They must have gone on our company website and obtained information from there to bait us into calling them. This is one of the most underhanded techniques I have seen in my 25+ years of experience answering and directing phone calls. This call robbed our time and resources from our customers and I find it very frustrating. Caller id showed: Wireless Caller
