I did a little research about this program and it's participants. apparently a pastor who's name is Gregg Kennard has come up with a program that houses the homeless and gives them jobs, education opportunities and other great advantages to help them remodel their lives. All they ask is for you to donate clothes. Clothes you don't use! it's a wonderful program. The clothing donations that are given to Nspire Outreach have been put to more than good use! Not only do the funds from clothing sales help generate money to feed, employ and house many homeless people, but they also provide them with clothing! 1000s of articles of clothing were given out this year with the help of program director and Pastor Gregg Kennard!! I was alone in the streets. I had no family to go to when I was out of work, hungry and tired of living day to day not knowing where my next meal would come. I heard about this program that gave you a job, a place to live and a chance to go back to school. I jumped on the chance and have not looked back since. I had just gotten back home from the military and I didn't have anywhere to go. I was lost and confused and my family wasn't trying to support me. Gregg Kennard told me about the Nspire program one night at the safehouse outreach in Atlanta. I have since joined that program and have never looked back at homelessness again! Gregg Kennard and Curtis Martin have teamed up in the charlotte area to reach out to the homeless in North Carolina. They have recently opened a new house that will provide shelter to people who are in the program. They are in the process of creating a steady work environment for the newest clients.
