This guy with a foreign accent threatens to prosecute for some IRS issue. It's tax season, so everyone should be aware that the IRS will never call you directly with threats to prosecute you.

Caller states he is Steve Martin and he is calling regarding an enforcement action executed by US Treasury intending your serious attention, ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid an initial appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense. Obvious BS and certainly a tax time scam in the making.
