These people are criminals trying to get your personal data. If you are a really stupid person continue answering these type calls. You see they are looking for stupid like you who answer the calls. If you do not know them do not answer. Even if you know them and they called you do not give any personal information. They may be spoofing the caller id(fake). Thanks to all the stupid people who answer it keeps them in business. This is our corrupt politians at work serving the large phone carries.
