I just got a call from 712-283-4286, someone with a very heavy accent, he said he was from a lawfirm, so I asked the name and he said Oakview Lawfirm, but that was not important. That cops are on the way to my house and I will be put in the back of the cop car and taken away. I asked why and he told me that they have the paperwork and I will find out when they come and take me away.
I said fine send them to come and get me.
With that he got very nasty and saying rude things calling me a S**T and said I was nothing but an American W***e. I hung up as it was getting worse from there.
He called me back and I said that there is no way that you are calling from a lawfirm speaking to me like that and he hung up on me.
I did google Oakview lawfirm and they are located in Calf, this 712-283-4296 is in Ioaw.
So this is a scam.
I called 712-283-4296 back and I told this to the same man, and he said stop looking information up on line and posting comments on line, and the cops are going to be pulling in my driveway in 2 minutes and I will see how real it is and they will take me away, called me a C**T. and hung up again

They called me and told me I had to get three lawyers for some reason and told me if I didn't pay back this payday loan by tomorrow I was going to be arrested and never told me an amount. They said they have been sending me emails and sepenas for court. I've never taken out a loan of any kind in my life. And told me to watch my attitude when I got angry with him.
