Threat of some sort of pending legal action involving a magistrate and urging me to let the male caller help me help myself. Weird and obviously a scam of some sort.

calls to threaten some kind of action by the US Treasury, or Grand Jury, or US Magistrate. All nonsensical. Clearly some kind of scam.
