Called to say I did not pay off a payday loan which I did. These types of companies will take small amounts out of your checking account monthly saying you joined a club. I had to close my bank account after I was taken for over $200. This man called, gave me a case number to call my lawyer which was 3 numbers, my state abbreviation and the last 4 numbers of my social security. I asked for his supervisor, he refused to name the company, was threatening and told me I was rude. He hung up and refused to talk to me.
