I got a call from the same number today. The man claimed that I have not paid taxes and unless I paid now, they will come arrest me. He kept telling me to make up my mind. Do not waste my time. I hung up. He called me back. I kept telling him that I will not pay anything without information. He had my old address. He kept saying we are tracing the call and that soon they will come arrest me if I did not pay. I refused to pay. He said see you and your family behind the bars.
Never ever pay anyone over the phone when someone calls you.
