I have been called twice now. Below is the voicemail they left. Just trying to rip people off! They don't supply your name so you can give them something to make it sound more real.
Hi I'm calling on behalf of legal support services. We have been contracted to schedule the delivery of your summons to appear you will need to call and reschedule the number to do so at 714-694-3856 case number is ##-###### there is no call back we will deem your address and your employer that has been verified and the documents will be issued. We are expecting a call back by the end of this business day this is a time sensitive matter.

Third call. First time they said that I would be served with a summons and they would be to my place of employment and that I had better be there or there would be consequences. Second time they said that they would deem the address verified if I didn't call back and I would be served. Then the third time they left a message while clearly eating and that consider myself as good as served. Never identified who they were calling for, their names and have never received anything in the mail. COMPLETE scam

I ALSO GOT A CALL FROM THE SAME PEOPLE CHECKED THEM OUT THROUGH THE CITY THEY ARE A REAL COMPANY THEY DO HAVE LAWYERS ON STAFF THEY HELPED ME OUT OVER A DEBT I DID OWE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT A SCAM THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THEM CHECK OUT THE LOCAL CITY WEB SITE TO VERIFY THERE COMPANY UNLESS YOU THINK THE CITY IS A SCAM

Guy said from "Legal Dept" wanted to know if I was home to accept summons being delivered to my house. Also said he had just talked to my husband, but number and name he gave me was not correct. I told him I thought this was a scam and hung up on him. Called back twice I ignored the call..

Call is from a Google Voice number. The person who answered phone only said "Legal Dept". Then proceeded to tell me the Marshal was coming to my job to serve me summons for a Cell Phone charge with a cellular company neither myself nor my husband has ever had. And then told me that I am liable for my husband's alleged debt even though I am not in a community property state. Get a clue!

Company left a message at my number, referring to me only as "you," not by name. Said they were verifying my employment to serve a summons to appear and they left a case number. return number was 714-694-3856. Obviously phishing for information. I recommend an immediate report to the BBB if they call you. The BBB is fantastic and will get to the bottom of these bottom feeders quickly.
