Calling saying something about failure to appear in court, on answering machine. Said to call back an Atty. Victoria Shields, but that is more likely their code word for what information to collect as that is all they do when you call. The number is out of Fullerton, CA and they give a "Case" number, that is nothing like a California court case number. They are liars, and it could be an identity theft ring as well, as I have seen similar reports using the same information but other numbers.
