BEWARE! This is a harassing debt collector: Premium Asset Services. They are operating unlawfully by violating multiple provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. For example, (1) they will not send written notification of the debt,(2)they do not identify themselves as a debt collector in phone communications,instead falsely posing as a law firm,(3) they will threaten litigation when they do not intend to do so.
