He claims that he is an officer and there is a lawsuit being filed against me. He left messages on my cell phone. When I didn't return his call, he called me at my work. He has a heavy accent so it is hard for me to understand where he was calling from. Please help me with this issue as they have my personal information and that makes me very nervous!

I was called by this man who claimed to Officer Justin Walker. He made legal threats at me. Requesting that I send him $475 for any out of court fees for something that I could not understand. It was very hard to understand him as he has a very heavy accent. I am very annoyed because they are not only threating me but now they are threating my brother. We need help to try and remove them from our list, because now they are calling me at work as well. He has all of my personal information. I need a resolution to this asap.
