Someone called from this # stating that they were from Xerox and needed to verify my serial # of my copier. The only info she gave me was her name and that she was from Xerox. I asked her for the model # and she did not have this info. I then asked her for an ID # and she hung up VERY QUICKLY!!! DO not give these people any info regarding your equipment!!!!
