Claim they can reduce your credit card debt by lowering your interest rates on your cards. As soon as you request to have your number removed, agent tells you there is no list, and calls will continue. FCC and Fair Credit Trade Act folks need to jump on these people and shut them down. You will not tell me that the calls will continue when I tell you to remove my cell phone from your list, and when I ask you how you got my number, you better damn well have an explaination if you don't know who I am. End result - Added number on cell phone as a blocked number. This number was 715-484-7859 out of Wisconsin.
