Over aggressive scam pretending to be a collector. Trying to accuse me of fraud for person that is not me at a bank I don't have an account. Do not give this person the time of day

called and left a message about a returned banking transaction. i have not made a payment by mail for quite awhile and now i recieve this phone call. he did not leave a company name or any information with his message
