Me too. A call from an Agent Patrick Cooper from the IRS. Let it go to VM. There is a place on the IRS Website to report these scam phone calls. I have done it once already and will report this number also.

Received (cell) call twice in 2 hours. 1st call was automated, after delay,claiming from the IRS.
2nd call, after delay, was a female, trying to pronounce my name, but hardly recognizable.
I hung up both times.
