(Its a real thing) Malicious people can hijack the phone systems and display whatever number they want to when they spam call you. Its a workaround on the DOnotCall list. Its against the law to spoof someone's number. The owner is going to the FCC 4/9/2015 to file a complaint. I am sorry that everyone ended up being a victim here. THe owner of the number and everyone they called. The owner reports that they called about 1800 ppl in the space of a few hours.
