These people are scammers. They are calling a stolen list of people whose names were culled from an internet site to terrorize you into paying them money for a bill you never owed. These people called for a person who used to have my phone number and I called them to stop and they tried to tell me that they were really looking for me, and threatened me unless I paid them money. They would not disclose the alleged debt, and would not send any proof and said that I knew what they were talking about.
