Penn Credit is the company. They keep calling me looking for a former resident. I guess they looked up the address and are calling the active phone number associated with it. I've spoken with the moron debt collectors three times and they keep calling me. So I made a complaint with the FTC for harassment. After a lot of research and phone calls I found out how to get them to stop calling when they have the wrong number. They are calling me and asking for someone that is not me and that I don't know, and I have never even known anyone by that name. They are Penn Credit in Harrisburg, PA. There is a toll free # for Penn Credit but it is a different office (in Philadelphia, I think) They gave me the # for the Harrisburg office, which is 717-238-7124 (press 0 for the operator) I called and explained the situation, they transferred me to customer service, I explained the situation again. They asked what number they had been calling, I gave them my # and they said that they would take it off the list. I hope this helps some of you who are sick of getting these recorded calls that aren't even for you, and having no way to tell them that they have the wrong # and to quit calling.

Here's how I do it.. I never answer my cell phone (redirected from my land line) really. So they're the dumb 'c_ck suckers' (that call me - anyone for that matter) who will have to listen to my recordings - so fuck them - otherwise.
Besides, if it's important (to them - not me!), they can leave a message!!! Remember dummies; "if they're not on your 'contact list' - forget them,.. otherwise if they mattered to you - they would be there... So again,.. fuck them!!!
