The first call i got was from a person claiming to be an Officer Mike Brown and they called from my local sheriff's office but when i called the sheiff's office they had no idea who or what i was talking about and stated that it may be a scam. To me they should have been a little more concerned because this is an actual place and someone has acess to leave thier number on your caller id. the second number i called because they left me a voice mail and said that i was supposed to call a officer John Harris at 717-685-2319. when i called he had a foriegn accent and was very rude and nasty and claimed i took a loan out in 2014. when i asked for the name of the company he stated it was United Cash, when i asked him the date of the loan he stated that he did not have all that information. First of all if you are form the attorney generals offie and have a warrant for a person's arrest. you are not calling the person. second i never took a loan form pay day advance company in 2014 because i do not need that type of problem. Plus i have never heard of the place. he could not tell me anything about this made up loan so I had my lawyer call and advice him that he was threatning me and he told him to have me call him. my lawyer advused him that he is violating my rights and that he is going to report him and the man told my lawyer to just forget everything. I do not think this is right for these foreign people to get access to peoples information and scam us like this and then to claim they are authorties. regardless of if i did or did not take out a loan this is not the way for these payday advance people to do this and i am going to file a major lawsuit againt United Cash. Cause its wrong no matter how you look at it. But first i will find out who used my information and sot some damn loan because i am gonna prosecute to the fullest level of the law.
